I come here after now reading some of these negative reviews. Im sad that maybe someone had a bad experience, but that is not my experience.

I have bad allergies and needed my couches cleaned – in a eco-friendly way. They did a fantastic job – I've never seen a real steam cleaner before- I could never afford one of these huge machines. So I had a couch that I bought from a friend, gorgeous, and they cam in and gave it a complete treatment. It was, well, gross to see what came out – pet hair, wow. So I'm pretty happy. And in my home, so I didn't have to go any where.
